Microwave recipe: Salmon

In this video we will make a simple steamed salmon using the microwave. We will be preparing it with a lovely garnish of cherry tomatoes, garlic and chili peppers. We will also make a dressing for the salmon using oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and grated orange zest.
