The Madrid Superior Court of Justice (TSJM) has condemned the deputy and leader of Podemos in the Community of Madrid, Isabel Serra, for the crimes of attack on the authority, minor injuries and damages to 19 months in prison, time in which will also be disabled for "the right to ive suffrage", and to pay two fines of 10 euros a day for four months (2,400 euros). The deputy has been acquitted of the crime of public disorder and will appeal the sentence.
