HAPS, Internet 4G and 5G from the stratosphere

HAPS is known as the High Altitude Platform Station project which arises from the union between large telecommunications companies such as Telefónica, Deutsche Telekom, China Telecom, Intelsat, Ericsson or Nokia, with companies such as Loon ( Google), Airbus, Softbank, Intelsat, to carry out a project that wants to give 4G and 5G Internet from the stratosphere.
