ECHR endorses hot returns

The Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights has endorsed hot returns on the border of Ceuta and Melilla with Morocco. The court rectifies its own condemnation of the Spanish State in October 2017. Judgment that had been appealed by the Spanish Government and that has now allowed this decision.
