Chaos in Venezuela: Guaidó's jump and the fences to democracy

The election of the president of the National Assembly of Venezuela has caused another crazy day in Venezuelan politics. Opposition sectors combined with regimen to elect Luis Parra as president while Juan Guaidó fought against the police to enter the hemicycle. His attempt to jump the fence was stopped and Juan Guaidó ended up calling a parallel assembly in which he was elected president.
