Cayetana doesn't lie but doesn't tell the truth about the investment in Health in Madrid

Cayetana Álvarez de Toledo made some controversial statements in La Ser denying the cuts in healthcare in the Community of Madrid and affirming that "year after year there has been an increase in healthcare spending in the Community of Madrid". And it is true but that expense has not gone to Public Health, it has gone to the management of hospitals in private hands and to pay the mortgage model that began to be developed in 2005.
