Batman (1989), Michael Keaton received rave reviews for his portrayal of Batman / Bruce Wayne, although the real impact was with the performance of Jack Nicholson as The Joker. The soundtrack of Danny Elfman was very well appreciated. The story tells the first appearances of Batman, but not its origins, which is recounted in retrospect during the film, but it does narrate the origin of The Joker.
