iPhone X is a high-end smartphone, designed, developed and marketed by Apple and was withdrawn from the market on September 13, 2018 not to compete in sales with its successor iPhone Xs. Its CEO, Tim Cook, announced the iPhone X on September 12, 2017, along with the iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone 8 at the Steve Jobs Theater located at the company's headquarters in Cupertino, Apple Park. The phone went on sale on November 3, 2017. This iPhone marks the tenth anniversary of the iPhone.
